What does it cost?

It depends! The truth is the cost depends on volume, content type and feedback loops. We can package content up into monthly deliveries, or set project packages. 

Most clients spend between $4000 and $10000 a month on content and design support depending on their needs and objectives.

Can you provide ongoing support for our marketing efforts?

Absolutely! For some of our clients, we provide design services on a needs basis. 

Have an event invite you need done? Easy. Want to create a pull-up banner? Sure thing! If we created your brand, we would love to help you make the most of it and support you on every step. We either agree a monthly design retainer, or charge a set rate per piece.

Can you do our social media and content marketing?

Yes! We can do all of your social content including posts, imagery, videos and audio. We provide our clients with content on a monthly or project basis depending on their needs to post and use however they want.

What does it cost?

We tailor our strategy based on each individual client's needs.

Sometimes that requires an overall brand strategy, plus additional work with smaller business groups or individuals - so our pricing is reflective of this and the entire scope.

Most of our strategy projects range from $5000 to $25,000

How much time will it take?

We work with clients based on their availability and desire to invest time. In most cases, we can greatly reduce your time input, or give you more input if you prefer to be more hands-on.

For the vast majority of our very busy clients they like us to minimise their time investment and make the process as easy as possible.

Can you help us with our hiring efforts?

Yes! One massively overlooked area of business is the importance of hiring the best people you can.

Do you do social media strategy as well?

What is the process?

Our strategy work will incorporate a mix of workshops, calls and written deliverables. It largely depends on what you need for your business and the complexity of the strategy work required.

For instance, if we focus on just one aspect like brand identity, that will take less time than if we were to also do BD, marketing or content strategy.

What does it cost?

As every project is unique, we always tailor a solution that suits the client. We like to discuss budget scope as early on as possible to ensure we can be a good fit for your expectations and needs. 

We have completed a wide range of project scopes from $20K to $100K depending on complexity, assets, revisions and business size.

How long will it take?

How long is a piece of string? The process itself is largely dependent on project size and scope, the time it takes to get feedback, and how many rounds of revision we do. 

Most of our clients are extremely busy and we work to take time pressures off them, and create a process that is seamless.

How many revisions can I have?

We quote at the outset on a process with two revisions, but are happy to add more at an additional fee.

What is the process?

Every client is different, so we alter the process to best fit each client in a truly consultative way. Generally, we work through the following steps:

  • Brand identity and focus
  • Mood board and initial imagery concepts
  • Initial brand design concepts and feedback
  • Revised concepts and feedback
  • Finalised design and delivery of brand style guide
What does it cost?

The cost of the site is dependent upon a large variety of factors including size, complexity, copy needs, timing expectations, platform needs and functionality. We offer a fixed price quote at the start of the project and give you options so you can choose how to proceed. 

Our sites cost from $7K for a single page, up to $50K+ for a complex multi CMS and multi page site with the average cost in the $12-20K range.

What platforms do you use?

We use Figma to design websites and have developers we can refer you to who uses Webflow for site builds. We also routinely work with existing IT or development teams who build in platforms like Wordpress and Squarespace to do all the site content and design and hand it over to them for development.

We are not developers or IT support but are happy to provide referrals to our preferred agencies.

How much time will it take?

The time it takes is largely dependent on how much input you want to have. We can greatly reduce the time required of you by agreeing to a streamlined process, however if you want to have more input, we are happy to accommodate that as well. 

Questions of time and input are best dealt with early on in the process.

How many revisions can I have?

We agree upon revisions for each stage at the start of the project, and are happy to add revisions at cost if they exceed scope.

What is the process for a new or refreshed website?

It largely depends on the size and complexity of your website, the branding assets you already have, and the platform you want to build on. An example process would be the following:

- Brand identity, design and language

- Website site mapping and structure 

- Asset design and imagery selection 

- Homepage design, copy and feedback

- Complete site design, copy and feedback

- Provide the final files to your developers or liaise with our development partner.
